The initial consultation
When you book an appointment we will come to your home to measure and assess your feet, we will recommend what shoes you should buy and the size.
We have sample shoes to try out to check the fit. If you are happy doing so you can order shoes through us and we wil fit them for you as part of the consultation fee.
Referral
If we feel that you would benefit from a referral, with your consent, we can write to your GP recommending that you are seen by another health professional.
Ordering and fitting
We will order the shoes and where necessary manufacture inlays and insoles, we will come back and fit them in a few days, in your home.
Returns and Refunds
