It all began with a simple idea fueled by a deep passion for well fiting footwear. As an Orthotist working within the NHS for the last 8 years I came across many people that couldn't find shoes that fit them. They may be prescibed insoles by the NHS but then cannot find shoes that accommodate their insoles and their feet. This is becoming more common as shoe manufacturers reduce shoe depth and the NHS reduce budgets, more people are screened out by the service leaving them in limbo. As a small business, we pride ourselves on personal attention and dedication to every detail. Our approach is rooted in quality and integrity, ensuring that everything we do reflects our commitment to excellence. We will not leave you in limbo.

About Me
I am an HCPC registered Prosthetist and Orthotist and Associate Lecturer at the University Of Derby.
I started out as an Apprentice Aircraft Engineer in the Royal Navy in the mid 1980s and served 12 years reaching the rank of Chief Petty Officer. I left the Navy in 1996 in order to study Prosthetics and Orthotics at the university of Strathclyde, graduating in 2000.
In 2001 I moved to Cambodia to work with the Cambodia Trust, remaining in cambodia for 8 years, providing prosthetic limbs and braces to people affected by landmines and the bloody civil war. Over the following decade I also worked in Croatia, Afghanistan, Libya, India, UAE and Qatar. I moved back to UK in 2017, and then to the peak district in 2023, where I have worked with the NHS in Buxton, Derby and Chesterfield.
